The male Indian peafowl is the most beautiful bird (and living being) as the title “Mr World” suggests. I captured this beauty when entering the lush forests of Wilpattu national park, as this peafowl’s dance welcomed us. To court and attract its opposite gender, the male peafowl raises its enchanting coloured feathers into a fan and quivers them, inviting the females for mating. This peafowl managed to put me in a trance, with its graceful moments and its vivid and vibrant feathers.
