My Halloween 2014 project was more of a period piece rather than monsters. The 1970s to be specific. The rain was picking up and we didn't have time to waste before Andrea's lovely hair was a sopping mess. Three speedlites off camera, One with an orange gel to keep the image from flattening.
The Mustang was missing the grill emblem so that was added in post. The license plate was also too new, so I redid it in Photoshop with the 1970s New Jersey license plate style.
Great composition and model. The only thing is the mustang emblem was a little distracting after I read your description I realized why, perhaps some ambient occlusion could help seat the emblem more on to the grill? Not really sure about that but the picture its self is great!
Describing it definitely leads your eye to it. But I like to clue people into things that I do in hopes that they can learn and I can learn as well!
