Egyptian Influences

Who says you need fancy lighting set ups, big teams and lots of other expensive kit to get a good shoot?

Another example of what can be achieved with available light only, oodles of enthusiam and some creative thinking. These are some shots from a great fashion shoot I had the pleasure of being part of on Sunday.

Me, armed with my 5DmkIII and my 50mm f/1.4 (i tried my 24-105L but wasn't happy with the results). A tiny salon with a couple of strip lights and a pair of mirrors. A fantastic hairdresser and stylist and a first time model (hard to believe).

Photography and Post Pro: Myself (Stu Cripps - Nero Creative).
Hair and Stylist: Bradie Hodgetts from Cuckoo Folk.
Model: Kayleigh Marie Parsons-Matcham (unbelievably, her first time).
