Every year in August around Denver area there are few fields that has sunflower blooms. This year no exception but the quality of the blooms and the size of the plant along with density are heavily affected by the drought in Eastern Colorado.The sunset was bit hazy due to forest fire smoky haze skies. The bloom shows the drought and rough conditions CO is going through this year.
