Deliverance | A Fire Dreamscape from Hawaii
I don't know what I was thinking, only that I wanted to push the boundaries of what was being accomplished, photographically, in Hawaii. I tucked my toe in a crack and leaned far over edge of the ridge on Diamond Head crater rim so that there was only grass between me and the horizon's setting sun. I put my camera in manual and pulled the entire scene out of focus and fired one quick photo when I felt the moment was right captured the motion of a thousand fleeting emotions from a thousands thousand admirers of the setting sun.
