This is a detail of the Sundial Bridge at Turtle Bay Exploration Park in Redding CA. I was captivated by the way the structure soared into the bright blue California sky. With the guy wires streaming from the left it reminded me of a stylized mast for a futuristic sailing ship. Perhaps it is destined to sail the solar winds to distant planets.
