A gorgeous sunset at Tre Cime di Lavaredo, in the Dolomites.
We made a break at the alpine hut at the end of the hike, but I had a clear plan and wanted to shoot the Tre Cime from the ridge, a 30-minute walk. Sunset was near, so I had to rush a bit and made it in 20 :)
While scouting the location, I realized I was standing too low and started ascending the ridge opposite the Tre Cime. After a while, I found a good spot on a huge rock and set up my tripod. All I had to do was wait for the colors (and the clouds) to come, stay warm and enjoy the incredible panorama.
