Baker Janusz

Janusz works in one of the oldest bakeries in my city. I have never even imagined how hard his work is. Working on night shifts 10-12 hours, and preparing close to 3000 breads and buns. He's in the business for more than 15 years along with his older brother Radek and coworker Tomek. For this image I've used one godox 600Ws strobe outside the window, shot through a diffuser.
