              The Wednesday Rundown 1.9.13

Howdy everyone and welcome to the Wednesday Rundown. This week we have a shoot from Slick Force Girl, featuring stunt coordinator Alex Wen. We also have a creative shoot that transforms the model into a wolf. If you have a great and informative video you want to see in the Wednesday Rundown please shoot me an email jerrit@fstoppers.com .

              Zero Gravity:
Alex Wen takes us behind the scenes to a photo shoot that he was in charge of getting the model to fly. I was unable to find the final image but you should check out the Slick Force Girl website to see more videos.

              The Wolf:
With some creative team work this BTS video shows us how they transform this model into a wolf.

              Beach Shoot:
This BTS video was shot in a gorgeous location for Tea Tree hair products. The video does not show much insight on how they did it but from the looks of it, all natural light and no reflectors.

The first two are good but they never show the final image(s) so they feel incomplete. The last one seemed more of an extended commercial so it doesn’t bother me too much.

Am I the only one who noticed all the reflectors, catchlights, actual lights in one shot, and even Pocketwizards on all the cameras in the BTS Tea Tree video? So much for “all natural light and no reflectors”…

Hmmm very sensor out the camera in the first video… wonder what he is shooting….
