"Somewhere on the Side of the Road" Just happened to pull over for an impromptu stretch-of-the-legs on one of our cross country trips up to Canada. The setting sun peaked out from the clouds and illuminated the waning, cross-hatched, patches of rain. Whooping crane calls could be heard in the distance. A truly magical moment.

i like the pic. for my tatse i would have probably worked a bit more at enhancing the ground. it fades a bit compared to what s happening in the sky.
