After walking for about 20km and being very frustrated by the bad weather, we stopped to look over this valley in Patagonia (Argentina). We rested for about 20 minutes and decided to go back to our base hotel.
When we got up, a strong wind started to blow, the clouds started to move and a bright ray of sunshine illuminated the mountains in the distance. There was no time for setting up, so I simply turned around and captured this handheld shot. A couple of seconds later and the sun was covered again, the light was gone, but I had this picture to always remind me of that beautiful moment.
