I always like pictures with a single tree but there are had to find in Virginia. When I saw this tree and it was on the edge of a cliff in the Blue Ridge Mountains with a west facing view, I know I needed to photograph it at sunset.

This is really a nice spot but the image is oversaturated. Unfortunately the tree is cut off at the left and the sun star is a bit too strong.
