This was taken at a place on the North Island of New Zealand called Hobbiton. A lot of people may know this place where they filmed some of the LOTR trilogies, The Hobbit as being one of those movies. This is 5 vertical photos merged together to make this panorama. The left end of the bridge was cut off because of an ugly tent just out of shot that was SO out of place in this photo :( Enjoy!

Have you tried cropping out the right side of the image to just after the cottage?

Actually Chris I took another photo that just had the bridge and the cottage in it :) Thanks for your comment mate, I appreciate the feedback :)

I think I’m just going through my less is more phase after being in a wide angle get everything in the frame phase. Great shot mate.

I TOTALLY understand, Im just starting to find smaller photos in the large landscape photos myself. Glad you like the shot mate :)

I don't mind the cropping, but it's not a very sharp image. Maybe you used too high an fstop number and your lens can't produce sharp images at that high fstop ?

Gday Nick. I think maybe why it isnt sharp is because when I shrink my photos down they lose some quality to them. My fstop was at f/11. The large photo is sharp so thats what Im putting it down to :) Thank you for your feedback Nick. Its good to read peoples views and ideas. Much appreciate it :)

Hello Shane. How would the photo looked if you moved to the left a little bit and got more of the road and bridge and less of the stalk on the foreground right? It is a very good image.

Gday Tim. You are right about having more of the bridge on the left side in the photo but as I mentioned in my description there was this ugly yellow tent blocking the rest of the bridge so I couldnt get all the bridge in the photo :( Just looking at the photo I could actually crop the photo where the grass meets the water on the other side so then the reeds arent in the photo. Thank you for your input, its always great getting other peoples views and how they see a photo. Glad you like the photo :)

I really like the grassy hills on the background on the right. Would not want you to crop the reeds out and take away that. Too bad for the tent. This is a nice photo.

I tried EVERY angle I could to get all the bridge in but unless I went in the water there was no way of getting all the bridge in the photo, I guess I wouldnt have the reeds in the photo as well if I did that LOL I really appreciate your input mate :)
