I think this has a lot going for it, but I feel like the leading lines are drawing my eye backwards away from the subject. Maybe if the building "popped" a bit more it would immediately draw my attention before pulling me back through the out-of-focus background. The sky also isn't adding anything here--maybe try bracketing or another time of day.

I took this almost 4 years ago before I knew about advanced techniques like bracketing and long exposure. Ive been trying to get a similar shot with an ND10 and the new skills I have acquired this whole winter, but the weather hasn't cooperated much (go figure)
