I like it. I like the rain and moodiness. And, I wouldn't crop the foreground as some might, because the detail in the near lamp is important to the story. However, the leading lines make the thin vertical whatchamacallit at the end of the dock the subject of the photo. But with this type of subject matter, you often have to take what you can get.
