Macro Bad Habits... This is a Macro... Shot with the Laowa 24mm probe lens. This lens is unique since you can shoot macro wide open and also with enough depth of field... it goes up to f.40... In addition I did focus stacking for greater DoF... The burning effect was done with a mix of on camera effects and digital effects.

I would normally give this image a 4 stars, because I think it is a great shot, but with your inclusion of the BTS shots, I had to bump it up to 5! At first glance I thought the cigarette butt was fake or composite, but seeing those other shots really put this over the top for me! Awesome shot
