I don't see hot air ballooning photos often on these kinds of critique videos. Especially any from the US. Upon seeing "unique" as the category, it's finally my time to submit a photo that may get torn apart!
This photo was made during the 2017 Red Rock Balloon Rally in Gallup, New Mexico. Admittedly, this is kind of an old edit but, it'd be hard to argue against that this location is extremely unique for the ballooning world. Pilots love this location as their balloons can hug up against the red rocks.
I have been again to this festival, however, I just never got another shot quite like this. This photo is kind of snap-shotty so I don't expect any recognition. Hey, it's unique though, right?
