I wanted to give you a three-star rating. The problem is the crop cuts off part of your subject which leads me to wonder if this was a planned shot or a snapshot.
The focus on the bird seems good, the motion blur on the ground is interesting, the depth of field fits the picture.
The crop/composition means that it needs work for me. :(
