Your color grade is on point. I would have liked that dark blob in the bottom left corner to be cloned out as well as the building in the upper right corner not to be cropped out.
Other than that those light leaks in the sky are pretty cool and your use of the lightrail in the foreground adds a lot of added
interest into the scene.
