This is Slava and Polina and they are twins. The image has been shot on Canon 5D Mark IV + Canon EF 70-200 2.8 L II at 175 mm, 1/100, f/3.2 ISO 160. The light is two Savage LED softboxes 20"x 20". Black and white conversion in Silver Efex Pro.
