A thought-provoking image that delves into the vulnerability and strength of these women, highlighting the shared experiences that unite them despite their apparent differences.

In creating this photo, my aim was not to set a standard of perfection but to emphasize the beauty of diversity and individuality. By inviting these women to share their stories and showcase themselves, I wanted to create a space that amplifies their voices and inspires others through their journeys.

The photograph encourages us to appreciate the uniqueness of each woman's body and recognizes the collective power that emerges when women come together. It serves as a reminder of the strength and resilience found within the human spirit. Moreover, it's a call to action, urging society to dismantle limiting expectations and norms that constrain women's self-expression.

This image encapsulates empowerment, inclusivity, and unity. It captures a moment where women from diverse backgrounds find common ground and celebrate their shared humanity. I hope it serves as inspiration, prompting viewers to reflect on their own journeys and embrace the beauty inherent in our differences.

Lighting was 60 inch parabolic umbrella overhead with diffuser.

Post Production:
Tone and Raw Adjustments in Adobe Lightroom
Heal, dodge and burn in Adobe Photoshop to remove temporary bruises, blemishes and smooth the skin. All permanent scars and marks were kept in the photo.

This photo was taken in my dining room in my apartment. I did not have much space to backup so the composition it's not perfect due to the limitations of working on a very small space with a very large group but we try to make do with what we have. I think taken into consideration the constraints I did an okay job directing the 7 women in the photo.
