Does the image have to represent drama or it must be a real drama? Another boring Sky transformed into an exciting and dramatic image thanks to sky replacement therapy. better know as SRT. ; )

None of the sky is real? It's a good composite and a nice image, but around 50% of it is AI generated. That, in my opinion, means the photography portion of it doesn't meet the contest theme.

the image has to convey drama, that is what the contest is all about and the sky was replaced to do that, no one is lying about it, however there was no AI. there was sky replacement and a lot had to be done by hand on photoshop.

I never said you were lying; I just said it's not an authentic photo if the sky was added in. Photoshop has a sky replacement tool that makes it pretty easy to... well... replace the sky in images. It may not be AI in the sense that it's not a sky created out of thin air (although... aren't all skies?? But, I digress), but PS uses AI to help mask the image so a picture of a different sky can be inserted.

Like I said, it's a good shot. You asked the question, though, so I answered honestly. Based on your response, I have to ask; do you genuinely want to know the answer, or do you just want people to say it qualifies?

The same way you gave your opinion, which is ok, I let you know my side, I don't have any problem when people don't like sky replacement or any image manipulation, my only thing was that you said that it didn't meet the contest theme and that was inaccurate because the contest was an "image that conveys drama" and as you probably saw by now that a few images in the contest have had drama added and they never said anywhere that the photo had to be untouched, that was your interpretation but not the contest theme.
