Hi all. As we tend to be stuck indoors during chilly winter (northern hemisphere) weather I thought it might be worth exploring other aspects of our photography.
I have recently added a couple of posts on my website that may be of interest to others, after discovering a feature of ChatGPT that I was not aware of.
Don't worry, NOTHING to do with AI image generation - more a focus on analysis of existing work.

No problem if not interested, but I'd be interested in hearing if others have used this tool in other ways.
A beautiful idea to require AI as support tool for analyze jobs. Up to now I did not think about that, but asking myself about analyze. As usual there are two sides of the coin: getting quickly a response from the machine vs. my own capabilities to analyze.
If the result of AI is 'neutral' van ve a topic of discussion: the current result and prompts did not ask for a judgment like good/ bad. Just a tine attempt regarding stronger. Here a bias will become visible, depending on the training of the algorithm. As an analogy I remember the discussion about racist profiling of AI used by the police.
As my conclusion, Worth to try to get experience! AI may help but (as usual) the result need to be double checked.
Hi Dg.
I think this tool may help analyze and provide ideas but will never be a substitute for a personal analysis.
The tool is unable to determine any emotional connect a viewer may have with an image, only how it compares to others from its learning abilities and known compositional 'rules'.
I've yet to try it with a broad range of shots (eg can it determine interest in a minimalistic shot?) but if nothing else it's a good reference point.
