A couple of shots I took this month

Hello everyone,

Here's a couple of shots I took this month in my kitchen with minimal equipment. DSLR camera and two speed lights. Please let me know what you think you're feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks Craig

Welcome Craig! I'm glad you took me up on the invite!

You have a bunch of interesting things here and it's hard to comment on all at once. So I think I'll say that the ink in water shot is a great abstract! I love it. The colors are gorgeous and you caught the billowing motion that I have struggled with on these.
I'm inspired to keep trying now! Two big thumbs up!!

Thanks Ruth, I'm going to experiment with some other colours and try a white background.

I wrote a post here asking for advice with an ink pieces and then I decided not to introduce a new topic to your stand. But - I am now going to post it in the thread and I would really like your input!

I'm really new to ink and liquid photography so I can only go by my own experiences. With regards to my own input what would need me to do. Thanks

I like them, Craig, except for the last one, which I thought was an ad! Or maybe it is. Careful, or you'll get banned for spamming!

I particularly like the top right one; it and its companion have pleasing light and composition. You've done well with the timing in the liquid-&-ice images

Hi Chris, thank you for your feedback i've been really enjoying splash and liquid photography so far. The last image was just me trying to do a packshot on a pure white background. should I remove this?

Only if you want to. It fits the theme of minimal - you are just the first commercial-style artist that joined our group. I'm glad for the diversity as I think it helps us all think outside or our boxes. I like your contribution to the our social capital!

Thank you. I'm looking to combine liquid and product elements together in upcoming projects. I'll post some more images in the near future.

These are all VERY clean and nicely produced. Well done!

Thank you Phillip.

Thank you Phillip.
