Beautiful! Love your abstracts, Ruth. And just the right amount of light (i.e. not much). Good composition employing various elements of stray light & shadow.

I wasn't sure about this at first, but the longer I look at it the more I like it. I pretty sick of snow at this point, so I'm pretending this is a pile of sugar!
This gave me a chuckle! Glad its growing on you but I also am totally cool with the fact that this type of thing isn't for everyone!
