These are certainly different and I do love different! I like the color choice.
The middle image is the most successful of the three for me. The first and third are too soft focus and don't really speak to me. All are also a bit dark. The second one has that nice diagonal which I like. Although it too, has some focus issues.
For number 2 - good concept and starting point. I hope you post more!! It will be interesting to see where you go next.
These are interesting, Christopher! They are appealing, and stand out with that unusual colour. I don't mind the darkness; I've tried making them brighter, but they then look too pastel-toned and weak. Better sharpness would help, but I note that you didn't have much more to exploit in terms of ISO, aperture and exposure.
I prefer the first, which sets off the cyan against the black and has interesting motion. The second I find a bit too chaotic overall, while in the third, there is not enough contrast and the froth is too fine to make enough impact by comparison.
