This is a really cool shot! I love the l lines. I might have blurred on the stuff in the background a little more but that isn't a deal breaker. This is a great shot as is!
Really nice shot. I love the shadow patterns and lines. I disagree that the DOF isn't shallow enough. In fact, I wouldn't have minded if it was a hair thicker. especially in the foreground. There is also something in the sand in the lower right foreground that is a tad distracting. Just nitpicking though.
I like the image - the concept, the framing and crop. For me the DOF is fine as is, and the foreground object acts as a foil somehow. Maybe it'd look better further to the right, but I think the image is better with it than without (I tried).
