I drove by a pile of old pallets on the side of the road and really liked the way the light hit them. I am always curious about things. In this photo I am curious what has been carried on these pallets. Were did they come from. Where did the items carried go.
I really like this. I like the textures and your use of a limited depth of field. However, I think the bright spot where the sky shows through is a bit of a distraction from the overall tones in the rest of the image. A simple crop could fix it, or maybe burning it down to match the rest of the scene.
