Hi Rajesh - Even though this is minimal, I bit you would get more helpful feedback about photographing insects in Landscape and Nature. Just because here you are mostly going to get composition feedback.
In that vein - I would offset him and tighten this up a little so that he is more of a star in the photo. Because the grass is the brightest thing here, it is the first thing I see. I think the crop will help bring the damsel fly to the forefront. I also think you could pull back on the exposure.
Here is a suggestion. Keep up the good work and keep posting! Looking forward to seeing more!
