As requested, a few of my droplet pictures. It was my first try and I had an infusion set. The problem is, you cannot really control the droplets and they creating a mess with many ripples on the surface. The blur is because I did not have the proper flash settings and my focus was bad. ;)
I had shots with the CrazyTrickler (a device that controls magnetic valves and your camera). You can get better results. But I've lost them... It's not a big deal, should just take new ones...
Nice !
I really like the 2nd one
Thank you. Pic #2 has too much motion blur. I had too much flash power for this one, so it did not freeze the motion. On the second one I had some milk in the water of the bowl. The red is food color.
I like #3 because of the column and the red ball. ;)
If these are your bad shots I would like to see your good ones!
More crisp and more clean. ;) Something like this: https://www.nimmervoll.org/gallery/classic-tat/
As I said, I lost the pictures. Had them only on one disk... I will do new shots, then we can compare. ;)
At first I thought this was a infrared macro shots but I guess not. Really interesting colours
No it's no infrared. I tried infrared by the way, but it's not working properly with my Sony. The filter on the sensor is too strong. It's also not possible to shoot IR for that kind of photography. UV illuminated fluids, that's maybe possible.
The colors of the first two are real. Mostly food color and milk... With the second one, I think, I only gave the blue some more saturation. The last is colored in PS. It was simple clear water.
