Once in a while an article comes along that I feel is highly pertinent and fits nicely into what I truly believe. As one of the group goals is to encourage and help our fellow photographers I suggest all watch the video included in this article.
I think the quotes on new versus experienced photographers is highly relevant - newcomers offer a fresh perspective, unencumbered by years of rules and weary clichés.
Hopefully after watching more will be inclined to post/comment with information that helps us all grow.
