Whilst I like this as-is Chris had me looking at cropping to see what difference it made. For my taste I think I ended up somewhere between you & Chris, cropping from the left 'till the balance felt optimum to me.
I didn't crop, Alan - I moved the tree. Mr Asymmetry here would probably have swung the camera to the right in Marius' place - assuming I "saw":the image potential in the scene in the first place, as he did.
thank you Alan. the idea was a cinematic crop but i kept the tree on the 3rd's. but appreciate Chris replanting the tree. as it shows more "isolation" and that was the intent . thank you all for the inputs ...I appreciate it
