This is my attempt at making a photograph look like a painting without using those *FREE* downloadable Actions.
I found a Royalty-Free texture and as it was only 800x500 for the original photo 8191x5463 I needed to use the original photo editing software: Microsoft Paint® to copy and copy and move, and rotate, and copy and copy and rotate and...
Apparently, I did not make the texture layer unique enough as the repetition is obvious.
