This started out as a series shot through the Japanese Maple outside my front door. The original idea was to capture the light from the headlights of a passing car. that did not really work as well as I'd hoped. The images weren't really sharp enough (autofocus!) and I could not get the headlights to look right. So, I hit auto-blend and weird stuff happened.
The stuff inside the red lines is what auto-blend gave me. Outside of that is me playing around with strokes and fills.
In other words, I know what I did but not what happened.
Looks like a collage...it's interesting for sure!
The movie poster for a horror flick - Neighbors thought it was just an ordinary Japanese Maple ... LOL!
Accidents can be fun....just not the physical ones.
I agree with Lady Jennifer that this is made for a horror film. I'm thinking Zombie Apocalypse as the colors match better than if it was a slasher film.
I watched a Nick Page YouTube video on Focus Stacking and one thing he stated to do is Save the Group before using Auto Blend because PS can sometimes do strange things.
I just did a 14 shot focus stack of the inside of a birds nest. WHAT A PAIN!
