I have been aware of the work of Sean Tucker for some time now, but only recently came across his YouTube channel and meaningful work after watching an in interview on FRAMES magazine.
Sean is very philosophical and has such good views on what it means to be a photographer. Known for his street photographer work Sean also has a body of beautiful portrait work.
the following is a video that I feel all will find interesting, if not inspiring. Although titled toward Street photographers the messages within apply to us all.

Just thought others may find this helpful. If you like this check on Sean's YouTube channel and website.
Nice video. Last week I watched a Street Photography video by Thomas Heaton and Jonas Paurell in Quito, Ecuador, when they were restricted by a two-hour time limit.
Thomas' video shows the running around, while Jonas shows the evaluation of the photos...especially when being rushed, exactly what Sean tells you NOT to do.

I just watched that video today. I’ve been a fan of Heaton since he started - not so much for his work but his videos are always down to earth and he’s not afraid to admit to his failures.
THANK YOU, thank you, thank you for all these videos both Alan and Dean. They all came just at the right time for me.
So happy this has helped Jenny. I think too often we end up doubting ourselves and need a little inspiration just to push us along.
I think you’d like Sean Tucker’s story if you’d like to dig deeper.
