Hmmm...... interesting concept Dean. I can't say I would have recognized the slug egg, but then again I don't think I have been that close to one (or even wanted to be....).
Did you choose the slug egg just to capture the rainbow within? That's going WAY above and beyond!
I found the Slug nest in the garden and thought, hum.
Thinking the egg 'might' capture the sun diffraction I though it was worth a try.
Hand held...now, I'm wondering about focus stacking next time.
