Hi there. This group hasn't had a new posting in a long time and I want to see if this group can be revived. If anyone has an issue they've come across (no question is too off the wall), a contract dispute or a just a general question about copyright or other IP laws, I would love to participate in some lively discussion about the intersection of art, business and law. I am a photographer in addition to a copyright and intellectual property lawyer and a former professor who has worked for major film studios, the US Government and private clients. Any takers?
