Fishing pier in fog

A fisherman tries his luck on a chilly, foggy day on the pier in Leesylvania State Park on the Potomac River in Virginia. I converted this shot to B&W then manipulated it in Elements to try to convey the mood and atmosphere that the heavy fog and diffused light that the scene created in my mind that January afternoon.
