Two busted Sony 24-70mm f2.8 lens, what should I do?

Gang,

I have a question for the group here? I have two busted Sony 24-70mm F2.8 Gmaster lens and I need to figure out what to do with them? They are both damaged at the mount where they affix to the camera.

Damage descriptions:

Lens #1
It was mounted to my camera in my bag when my bag fell about two feet to the ground. It shifted the mounting ring on the lens so it doesn't mate with the camera anymore.

Lens #2
My camera bag was sitting in the passenger seat of my truck when I was headed home from a shoot, long story short, I feel asleep at the wheel and hit a palm tree going 50 mph. I survived, my truck did not. The lens separated from the camera leaving the mounting ring attached to the camera. The camera still works, Sony A7RII tough as nails! But the lenses is obviously toast.

Let's just say it was a bad 2018 for me when it comes to accidents but I'm on the mend and rebuilding my camera kit and got a new ride but I'm looking for advice here...

1. Should I sell them on eBay, what could I expect to get? I tried to find some past sales but didn't turn up any good examples? Any other sites these could sell for good money?
2. Should I get one fixed? I do need to replace this lens.
3. Who fixes these lenses and what could I expect to pay?

Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide!

I can snap a few photos of the damage if that will help, let me know! Thanks all.

Bumping my own post to get some help. (Ironic in many levels 😂)

Damaged bodies and lenses can sometimes fetch more than you think on an auction site like eBay. I sold a 7-year-old Sony A900 for $150 with a snapped shutter mechanism and I was glad to get it. I'd say list them for sale and see what happens. Someone may need or want them just for the spare parts. Just don't get your hopes up that anyone will pay a lot for them.

Precision Camera in New York is Sony's main repair center for the Alpha bodies, but I'm not sure if they also do lenses. You could contact them and ask if they can fix the lenses. Might be worth it even if you plan to sell them afterwards.

Probably useless at this point, but are you a member of PPA? Do you have a Home or renters insurance policy?

Not a member of PPA and I spoke with my home insurance co. No luck. I’ll probably just post em on eBay and hope for the best. Camera gear insurance is a must from here on out.
