My personal favorite is a little embarrassing I got a rise out of one photographing a Wolfberry/Tomatillo plant what trigger it to buzz was my hand movements.

Nice. Amazing how many locations you and I have in common. I was working there one time and had my camera all set up, ready for the exposure. I looked down just in time to see a little rattle snake crawl between my boots... he was going pretty fast. He was under the sandstone undercuts that I was standing on. Happened too fast to be alarmed.
