The Tritons fountain is actually located in Floriana, just outside the gates of Valletta. I took this photograph on the bridge leading from the Valletta gates as I wanted to get the people in silohete around the base of the fountain. The fountain was also bathed in the national colours of Malta as I took the photograph on Malta Independence Day.
