Thanks Paul, I wanted to get in close with this crop and I also wanted the bee to a focus on the bee. I also wanted to get the diagonal branch in the frame, almost pointing to the bee. That's a blossom on the centre right.
I understand it is so out of focus and bright what it is isn't the point, I was stating IMHO your image would be stronger without it.

Edwin, nice cherry blossom close-up I like your decision of edge framing which adds interest and balance to the main central blossom subject, even though normally its considered a little un-conventual, here it works. The exception is the blossom/cloud (?) on the center right I find this more of a graphic hinderance. And yes love the bee!, my only wish that there were more.
