Badwater Basin - the Saltflats of Death Valley was beyond this Earth. Such a beautiful, silent and eerie experience. The picture is a composite. I shot the Milky Way and the foreground the same night, but the galaxy was in another direction. I was attracted to this beautiful hexagonal shape in the salt, which reminded me of the sun - a star - which makes for a beautiful foreground against in the Milky Way Galaxy. I hope you'll like it.
