Did you by any chance use a wide angle lens on this shot? I have a shot something like this from years ago that was used by the model for entry into Maxim's Hometown Hotties contest, she was a semi-finalist btw. I was using a wide angle lens because we were shooting in cramped conditions but the distortion the lens caused on anything close to the camera caused her foot to look bigger than normal.

The only thing I'd watch out for is, again, hand placement. If she had her left hand a little more up her leg towards her knee I think it would be better.

You can tell from my comments that I'm really picky when it comes to hands and finger placement. I used to be friends with a gal who danced ballet and the first thing I noticed was how she held her hands and fingers and how much of a difference it made to her movements and the story.

One other thing I try to remember to look out for in my images, and I got this from studying in Art History classes, is the placement of arms, legs and creating triangles that lead to the face or other important parts of a painting.
