Luck, skill, or magic? Took a trip to Maui and oops, forgot my camera battery charger. I spent 6 days with an almost dead battery in my Canon M5. Needless to say I had to pick and choose my photographs and had to quickly choose my setting. I feel this helped me step up my game. Every picture I took could have been my last for the trip. This beach sunset was taken on the 2nd to last night there. I had to get my setting right and compose in a matter of seconds. I think the end result was worth it. Oh, no time to set up a tripod, so I had to take this handheld at 1/6th of a second.
