This is my sweet daughter, Sylvie - photographed in her daddys' hands 7 months after her open heart surgery to repair a congenital heart defect. She was born with TAPVR (total anomalous pulmonary venous return). Did you know that 1 in 100 children are born with congenital heart disease? It's the most common birth defect.
