After Uber driver ruined getting me in time for sunset shot I decided to never let a good photo opportunity go to waste. One day I’ll get the shot I intended.

Beautiful place. Wish I lived near the ocean as that's my happy place and I fully plan on moving to the Bahamas in the next 5 to 9 years.
Anyways, I gave you a 3 and here is why. Next time, imo, resize the photo where it won't zoom, unless it's clear when you zoom. Also, not sure how to accomplish it, but I think the photo would look even better if the buildings were reflecting off the water instead of just coloring it.
I'd love to make light do as I wish, but this is as is aside from bumping up the vibrance a bit and dehazing a bit. I forget how long the exposure is but I believe it was around 5 - 10 sec, I'd have to look. I think the only available cropping would be on the left side, the three buildings lost, and a balance out on the right to get a good center. This would lose the lights of the boat that is leaving the pic on the left, which is fine. As a rule I tend to ditch any 'half-items' in the pic.
That's fine. Was just providing my opinion and some feedback. I don't like when people do drive by ratings on my photos without giving reasons, so I figured I would since I rated your photo.
I agree. as the rating system here can seem rather brutal, feedback helps understand why people see what they see.
