I like what you've done to express the movement in the water. The patterns formed there provide wonderful interest in the foreground. The rocks then lead my eye to those gorgeous warm coastal cliffs. Then the movement in the clouds stops my interest from leaving the top of the frame, drawing them back down onto those cliffs. It's quiet a journey - very nicely done.
