Hasta Forest

I'm brand new to macro photography. I recently bought a Laowa 100mm and a 15mm macro lens. I must say the 15mm macro is super fun to use. Both lens's are fully 100% manual and take some getting to use to (focus is a constant struggle). But you can get some pretty cool results.

This is just several little hasta plants. Each maybe shin high. I put my camera almost on the ground tried to focus and took a few clicks. I really like the result. You can almost imagine you've been shrunken down into some Alice and Wonderland type world. The black and white also gives it a nice look. It almost looks like it could be a black and white pencil drawing.

I have hasta plants and generally don't find the leaves that interesting. This angle makes them interesting. Great job!

Thank you!

nice work

Thanks!
