The Bottom in October

The Bottom in October was taken on Thimbleberry Farm (our farm in Northern Virginia) in October 2021. The Bottom in October was taken on the lowest point of our farm - hence the name, The Bottom. The Opequon creek flows through the bottom on its way to the Potomac. Although the Opequon is unseen in this photo it lies directly behind the trees & brush, creating some separation from the fields behind.
